ERISA & Benefits Litigation

The economic downturn caused an increase in claims made by benefit trust funds against employers for failure to remit timely contributions and for withdrawal liability to defined benefit plans. Our attorneys have extensive experience in guiding employers through the confusing and frustrating experience of benefit trust funds’ efforts to collect on such claims.
