Affirmative Action Plans
Our attorneys provide clients with advice regarding federal and state government contract requirements, including affirmative action obligations, compliance standards, and procedures. We provide legal advice regarding affirmative action programs that meet the latest Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations. Our attorneys also defend clients in the compliance review audit process and train human resources personnel regarding their compliance obligations in advance of a desk or an on-site audit. If an OFCCP audit uncovers discrepancies, we can negotiate a fair conciliation agreement and/or provide a defense against an enforcement action. Finally, our attorneys are prepared to assist proactive employers with analyses of the compensation systems that may disproportionately affect minorities and women.
We also prepare and review draft EEO-1 Reports, as well as VETS-100 and VETS-100A Reports.
