Lindsey Kang is a member of Barran Liebman LLP’s paralegal team, where she supports our attorneys with case management, factual research and analysis, responding to discovery requests, document collection, review and production, deposition preparation and participation, and general trial preparation.
Prior to joining Barran Liebman, Lindsey served as a Litigation Legal Assistant for the Oregon Department of Justice. Throughout this role, she gained experience drafting and filing legal documents including petitions, summons, subpoenas, motions, affadavits, and judicial orders. She also developed her litigation practice, maintaining databases of case information and compiling evidence to produce exhibit binders for trial. Lindsey also formerly served as a Pre-Law Intern to the Multnomah County Office of the District Attorney.
Lindsey earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California Berkeley, where she was recognized with a Distinction in General Scholarship. Throughout her studies, she was involved as a student mentor, as Treasurer of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and as the Outreach & Finance Director for Sahaara.
