Paid Leave Oregon

Paid Leave Oregon provides employees with paid, job-protected time away from work for family leave, medical leave, and safe leave.  Beginning January 1, 2023, both employers and employees began making contributions to the program, and as of September 3, 2023, employees have been able to apply for benefits.
