Remote Work

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced employers to rethink remote work policies, and “hybrid” work environments are now an ongoing reality for many employers who must look at the workforce in a different way.  It is hard to find talent, and many employers do not care where employees live as long as they can effectively perform their jobs.  Our attorneys recognize this reality and help employers manage it.
